Ranjith Thomas Cyriac is a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) graduate from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jaipur, India and a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India).

With over 25 years of experience in the interconnect and connector accessories industry, he has held senior engineering leadership roles in global organizations. Prior to founding Compaero India, he served as Vice President – Engineering at Compaero, Inc., USA. Earlier, he worked as Global Product Manager and Senior Manager-Design & Development at SOURIAU-SUNBANK Connection Technologies, where he led the development and QPL qualification of connector accessories for aerospace and defence applications.

Robert Allen Small

Director

Robert Allen Small holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing / Marketing Management from Virginia Tech USA and brings more than 25 years of experience in aerospace and defence interconnect markets.

He previously served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Compaero, Inc., USA, playing a key role in expanding the company’s global presence across aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors.

In addition to his role as Director of Compaero India Private Limited, he serves as the full-time President of Compaero, Inc., USA, providing strategic leadership, global customer engagement, and operational alignment between US and India operations.
